Tuscan Reverse cane pruning 3500 plants/ha
GRAPE VARIETIES
Trebbiano 70%, Malvasia toscana 30 %
HARVEST
Manual harvesting with grape selection on first half of October.
Vinification:
After a three months natural withering only selected grapes are pressed. Must is fermented, fined and aged for at least three years in untoasted oak traditional small barrels.
Production 300 bottles (0,375 liter)
Alcohol by volume: 14%
