Manual harvesting with grape selection on first half of October.
Fermentation and extractive maceration are done in temperature controlled french oak and stainless-steel vats, separately for every grape variety composing this wine. Wines fines naturally in 15 hl untoasted french oak vats for at least 6 month until blending and bottling.
Production 1000 bottles.
