Clayey ground in rocky framework from Sandstone break up. Neutral PH.
GROWING SYSTEM
Modified Guyot 5050 plants/ha
GRAPE VARIETIES:
Trebbiano 70%, Vermentino 30 %
HARVEST
Manual harvesting with grape selection on first half of October for Trebbiano and second half of September for Vermentino
Vinification:
After a soft pressing and fast settling of the must, fermentation is done in temperature controlled stainless steel vats as well as fining and cold stabilization. Wine is bottled in springtime to keep its natural freshness vivid.
Production 500 bottles.
